Senior Graphic Design Analyst What this job involves: The Senior Graphic Designer(Presentation Specialist) willrequire todesign and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, high-end property marketing and leadership decks/pitches .Candidate who cancreate visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities.Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, template creation and other pitching materials for multi-million dollar properties. Thecandidatewill work closely with the Global Valuation Advisory Services Team (VAST) . He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management.Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we\'d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well thought out presentations. Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy to understand charts, graphs, and diagrams Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry. Work with team to develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentations Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information. Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful. Working with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive proposals & presentations, including placement of images, illustrations and text for greatest impact Work with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, formatting, designing existing and new documents for consistency, using embedded styles or making custom styles work with tables importing/inserting tables, pictures and graphics from various programs Build vector maps, charts, graphs and other information graphics utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or other appropriate medium, and enhance images or photographs using Adobe Photoshop Taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely services and providing ongoing communication to the team lead, as well as initiative to get the project completed to deadline Design customized deliverables per team and stakeholder\'s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given message Striving to innovate within brand standard guidelines Demonstrating real creativity with client branded documents as requested Proofing own work and collaborating with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency Liaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brand Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures Sound like you To apply you need to be: Bachelor\'s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience Have 4-6 years of relevant experience You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral Proficient using MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of designing tools ( Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ) Proficient in both print and digital graphic design Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage Ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL\'s aggressive business and deal completion goals Strong knowledge of design concepts Strong communication skills- Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients effectively distills and presents information for internal and external audiences- often under tight timeframes Reasoning ability: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents Client service oriented : Focusing on discovering client\'s needs and figuring out on how to best meet them Problem-solving ability: to problem-solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from teammates. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and the needs of the clients Solid time/project management skills: ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Strong work ethics: Takes initiative and can self-manage.
