Job Description

Key responsibilities:Ensuring overall quality and timely accounts for selected countries.Key tasks:General ledger accounting according to Hempel rules, including identification, calculation and posting of:Fixed assets register and depreciationAssets under constructionClearing (confirmations and transaction posting)Payroll (based on payroll summary from HR)Prepaid costs registerAccruals registerProvisionsRevaluationsCurrent account and loansPreparing Monthly Management reportsOther applicable tasksxe2x80x8bMaintaining proper documentation for the above.Coordinating month close for the selected accounts, in cooperation with the Finance Controller/CoordinatorDetailed review of correctness of accounts and initiating corrective and preventive actionsTrial balance reviews and reconciliations prior to month closeTax, statistical, bank and employment reporting, if required, or support in external service provider.Supporting external and internal audit processRequired education, experience and job-related skills:University degree in Accounting, Finance or related areaMinimum 3 year professional experience on similar positionGood command of the English languageSecond language is seen as an assetProficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.)Work in accounting system D365/AX2009 would be an assetGeneral behavioural competencies most relevant for the job:Customer OrientationSelf-organisationProblem analysisWritten CommunicationTeamworkWork standardsResults OrientationQuality OrientationSounds like a match?Welcome to apply!
