Our team provides application development and works closely with the production support team in Toronto as well as global infrastructure teams.Responsibilities

• - Design and develop large-scale applications - Interact very closely with all stakeholders and other team members to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD) - Analyze root causes of incidents and provide the solution - Perform code reviews and share your experience with colleagues - Promote the overall stability of the systems through the implementation of best practices to maintain the dev environment

• 7+ years of experience in working as a Gemstone DBA and on Smalltalk programming language as a primary skill
• Experience in programming in Java/Python
• Hands-on experience in software source control and bug-tracking tools
• Understanding of distributed systems
• Strong programming Object-Oriented experience and SQL Database Management

• Banking / Investment Banking domain experience Agile / Scrum
