This platform supports seamless omnichannel interactions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences.We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate digital channels such as email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact centers voice solutions. The goal is to create seamless, connected customer journeys across multiple channels. The engineer will be responsible for software development and integration, enhancing customer experiences, staying updated on the latest technology trends, collaborating with team members, ensuring software quality, maintaining documentation, and problem-solving. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional omnichannel customer experiences.Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to design, implementation, and maintainance of software solutions that integrate digital channels like email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact centers voice solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems ensuring software quality.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Work independently and as well as a part of the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Participate in On Call duty (once per 2 weeks - 1 month).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing Java applications including delivery of RESTful APIs.
  • 3+ years of professional experience writing React and JavaScript applications.
  • Strong experience with web development technologies such as HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience in technologies: databases (SQL and NoSQL) back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • Awareness of web security best practices and the ability to implement security measures to protect applications and data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions on time and within scope.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, VoIP, and telecommunications service providers is advantageous.
