What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies to help design, build, and maintain complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating scalable and high-performance web solutions, as well as a passion for learning new technologies and solving problems. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and implement innovative software solutions that meet our business needs.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications. Responsibility
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications
• Work on both the front-end and back-end development using modern technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement technical solutions
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and industry standards
• Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services and APIs
• Maintain and improve the CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Participate in code reviews, solving, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Job Designation

What You Bring
------------------
Basic
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role)
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or .NET
• Proficiency with databases (both SQL and NoSQL): MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
Preferred
• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
• Practical involvement in development using a method that emphasizes testing (TDD) and frameworks that automate testing.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and real-time communication protocols (WebSockets)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of security best practices in web development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical partners
