Who we are looking for: Senior Full Stack Developer

Where : Chennai

Type : Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Lead the development and optimization of Impactree's technology platforms, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to enhance the development process.
• Work closely with the product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support application functionality and integration with third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Monitor and improve system performance by troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into Impactree's systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and deploying scalable applications.
• Deep understanding of database management, particularly MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Passion for sustainability and creating impactful change through technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
