Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end development, a proven track record in designing technical architectures, and experience deploying robust software solutions. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

2. Technical Architecture:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.

3. Deployment and DevOps:

• Manage application deployment processes and ensure successful delivery of software.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure.

4. Technology Leadership:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Advocate for best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in full-stack development with a focus on scalable applications.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

3. Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing technical architectures.

4. Deployment: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.

5. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices design patterns.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
