Job Description

Position Overview:
We seekk a talented Full-Stack Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic software consulting team. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality software solutions for our clients, working on both front-end and back-end aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js or Python for the back end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Mentor junior developers and team members.

Required Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in full-stack development Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development Expertise in either Node.js or Python for back-end development Experience with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Familiarity with tools like Github, Jenkins, and JIRA/project management tools. Familiarity with sprint planning and scrum.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be highly advantageous: Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure cloud platforms---- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of microservices architecture Experience with serverless computing Familiarity with observability, monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Grafana or similar
