Mandatory Skills :

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node JS, PostgreSQL.
• Expertise and experience in PHP, React, Vue, Angular is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of component/module-based development
• Understanding of Architecture: Comprehensive understanding of multiple front-end and back-end processes, and experience in API design and development.
• Version Control/Git: Experience in version control systems like Git is essential for tracking changes in code during software development.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
• Good experience in designing and developing stable, reliable, high-performance systems.
• Should have good extensive experience in design and implement new features, modules or application components.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Good understanding in implementing the business solutions and guide the fellow team members.
• Good experience in writing stored procedures, performance tuning of database.
• Highly desired professional skills include excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile scrum-like development cycle.
• Testing and Debugging: Knowledge of methods and tools for testing and debugging both front-end and back-end code.
• Hands-on experience with the skillset provided.
• Perform Code scan to identify security vulnerabilities and fix the issues.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders. This includes written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in teams with diverse individuals and skill sets.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
