:The role will be part of the digital development & operations team which has responsibility for Development, Operation and Support of DNV\'s web sites and other core Digital Channels, and collaboration solutions for Group Communication and Business Areas.As DNV is standing in front of a step change in how we develop and maintain our digital channels, this role will be working with DNV web development and maintenance in various digital touch points.We are looking for a .Net developer with experience working with languages and technologies of .NET Core. You will create new elements for our web, configure existing systems and provide Group & Business Areas support with new developments & features.Experience with software design and architecture is beneficial.The role will play a big part in

• Further developing and maintaining our PaaS-based web environment, Optimizely, as part of the DevOps team.
• Creating and maintaining system documentations.
• Handling change requests related to these solutions. Evaluating requirements, proposing best solutions and providing estimates on tasks to be performed
• Fixing bugs on our web and online solutions

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years\' experience developing websites and software, using Microsoft web technologies and development tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Github and other development best practices (unit testing, continuous integration, code review, etc.)
• Familiar with other related technologies for web development like ASP.NET Core / MVC Razor
• Advanced or good knowledge of C# programming
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, Microsoft Azure (DevOps, pipelines etc.)

Understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid cloud scenarios * Agile methodologies (scrum)

• Experience with JavaScript, React, Redux and CSS and Frontend development
• Familiarity with the .NET Core and design/architectural patterns (for example, STRONG experience/knowledge about MVC)
• Experience with API-integrations and optimization
• Good experience with translating business needs into user friendly solutions with business impact.

This includes preparing realistic estimates while keeping total cost of ownership in mind * Fluent in English both orally and in writing

Not required but will be beneficial

• Currently or recently employed as a Senior Backend Developer, working with web development using Optimizely platform
• Experience with developing large/complex Optimizely CMS solutions, Certified Optimizely developer, familiar with Optimizely DXP cloud platform and services
• Familiar/knowledge about Git, Semver 2.0
• Good knowledge in CMS concepts
• Experience building scalable web application / site for commercial online services
• Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing system
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Hands-on development/implementation experience in .net/C# based frameworks
• Design and document key decision criteria, technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, XSLT, ajax, JSON and JSP
• Understanding of DevOps concepts, such as automation, monitoring and provisioning
