Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in Java, front-end technologies, and a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Back-End Development :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot , Hibernate , and JPA .
• Create and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Implement database solutions with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Front-End Development :
• Develop dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks such as Angular , React , or Vue.js .
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement seamless user experiences.
• System Design and Architecture :
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for new and existing projects.
• Ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing best practices.
• Deployment and Maintenance :
• Use tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) for automated builds and deployments.
• Monitor and maintain application performance and resolve production issues promptly.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Expertise :
• Proficient in Java with expertise in frameworks such as Spring , Spring Boot , and Hibernate .
• Strong front-end skills with React , Angular , or Vue.js .
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Good understanding of version control systems like Git .
• Soft Skills :
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.

Pay: Up to ?2,200,000.00 per year
