Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who excels in designing scalable cloud applications, managing end-to-end software development processes, and driving technical innovation. This role requires expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure management, and backend optimization to build impactful clean-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable cloud applications with high performance and reliability.
• Develop and optimize backend services, including API design and database management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, to integrate and optimize algorithms and platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Key Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Strong expertise in Node.js , React.js , JavaScript , and TypeScript .
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud infrastructure design.
• Database Management: Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and time-series databases, including design, integration, and optimization.
• Backend Development: Proficient in building and maintaining backend services with API design expertise.
• DevOps Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure provisioning tools.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years as a dedicated Full-Stack Developer.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior engineering role, with proven expertise in backend service design and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with scalable product development from scratch to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a process-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with time-series data and diverse datasets is a plus.

Additional Details

• Location: New Delhi, India
• Work Mode: Office-based, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
• CTC Range: ?24-36 LPA (including performance-based pay and ESOPs)
• Notice Period: 30 days
• ESOPs: Provided after joining (minimum $10K value)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?3,600,000.00 per year
