Responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8f A Senior Engineer should possess extensive knowledge and technical expertise
in their domain. They should be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex
technical issues that arise while providing highest level of customer experience\xe2\x97\x8f Serve as the first point of contact for Taboola\'s clients.\xe2\x97\x8f Timely response to incoming customer support inquiries via email and support
ticketing system.\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally.\xe2\x97\x8f Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed.\xe2\x97\x8f Board management and timely Case Assignment.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure equal workload distribution to the team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge creation, preservation.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handling of cases with a low Customer Health Score.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participation in new initiatives to drive success.
\xe2\x97\x8f Be responsible for highlighting operational issues to the management and plan to
mitigate them.
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work in different shifts as part of 24/7 operation.\xe2\x97\x8f Handling Incidents and Tragedy in absence of shift leads.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide consultations to engineers and work as a POC for them.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage shifts in absence of Leadership.Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
\xe2\x97\x8f Open for 24\xc3\x977 shifts.
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have working experience in Technical Support, API and SQL (Adv domain)
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have working experience in Technical Support, HTML, CSS, JS and SQL
(Publisher domain)

\xe2\x97\x8f A motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to accept and give
productive feedback
