Description:Front-End Engineer Description
We are looking for a motivated frontend engineer to join our team. You will solve challenging
technical problems, own your products end-to-end and help take our SaaS platform to the next
level. This isn\xe2\x80\x99t just an opportunity to join an amazing team, but also to have an impactful role in
the way we evolve our product. As a frontend engineer on our team, you will help build and
enhance our core product. You will build on Medallia\xe2\x80\x99s state-of-the-art core service infrastructure
and platform.
The Work
\xe2\x97\x8f Build modern React applications using TypeScript.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ship great software that is scalable and robust and then keep it humming.
\xe2\x97\x8f Design, implement and drive the technical roadmap and product implementation; help
the team prioritize and plan pragmatically.
\xe2\x97\x8f Partner closely with dependent teams across engineering to ensure uninterrupted
service.
\xe2\x97\x8f Incorporate best development practices and habits and help build tooling to enforce the
same.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work in small teams with like-minded engineers in an agile environment with daily
standups, demo days, code reviews and research spikes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with a design team to implement and improve a great modern UI.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across all devices.Minimum Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f 6+ years of experience developing enterprise grade software
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object
model
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of React (5+ years of experience)
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with TypeScript
\xe2\x97\x8f Extended knowledge of Web technologies including CSS and HTML (6+ years of
experience)
\xe2\x97\x8f Bring an ownership mindset with quality orientation
\xe2\x97\x8f Git version control
\xe2\x97\x8f Design Patterns and the ability to write clean code
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop with WCAG guidelines and accessibility in mind
\xe2\x97\x8f Great communication skills
Optional Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f .NET experience is a big plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with monorepos and build tools like Vite is a plus.
