The team provides critical business guidance on a broad range of accounting, reporting, and analytical projects, ensuring the integrity of financial data. Responsibilities:DescriptionFThe role's primary duties include:

  • Collaborate with the Director to implement strategic initiatives and enhance data processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of two analysts focused on ARR metrics.
  • Lead efforts to ensure data integrity and provide granular ARR metrics by customer, product,
and other dimensions.
  • Oversee daily data integrity checks and research activities.
  • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and other business-focused analyses to provide
actionable insights.
  • Support the development, orchestration, and refinement of standardized processes for data
collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Ensure data consistency and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in managing the integration of ARR metrics from acquisitions, ensuring seamless data
incorporation.
The Key Responsibilities out of Team Goals include:
  • Ensure accurate reporting to avoid compliance issues and maintain stakeholder trust.
  • Establish processes to smoothly incorporate ARR metrics from acquisitions.
  • Implement a quarterly ARR lock process to secure auditor confidence.
  • Drive continuous improvements in ARR operations to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Provide actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Have experience in subscription business models and managing subscription metrics, including
