PeopleSoft Knowledge: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financial System \xe2\x80\x93 O2C, P2P, and R2R.2. Database: Understanding of SQL, database management, and how to query and pull reports.4. System Integration: Familiarity with integrating ERP systems with other software applications and services.5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in using tools for data extraction, transformation, and reporting, such as Business Intelligence (BI) tools.6. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ERP system.Functional Skills1. Financial Accounting: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.2. Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of business processes and how they are implemented within PS system.3. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and how they impact financial systems and reporting.4. Project Management: Skills in managing PS projects, including upgrades, implementations, testing, and migrations.Soft Skills1. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues effectively.2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including finance professionals and technical teams.3. Training and Support: Ability to train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the PS system.4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and technological advancements.Other Relevant Skills1. Security Awareness: Understanding of data security principles and practices to protect financial data.2. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.3. Documentation: Skills in documenting processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.Continuous Learning

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP technology, financial regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably more than 5-7 years of working experience in O2C or other finance workstream
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Team player and yet able to work independently

• Experience of working on Oracle PeopleSoft ERP is a plus.
