  • Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner
  • Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Support businesses plan their finances, Pricing, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for decision-making. Professionals work closely with senior management and provide and predict future trends and make budgets to guide spending
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items
  • Assist and drive SG&A efficiency initiatives
  • Develop and enhance SG&A management reporting
  • Identify and participate in cost cutting initiative
  • Assist in developing business level cost metrics to enable business leaders to make informed decisions around pricing and FTE management
  • Capital Reporting and Analysis
  • Assist in Capital project cost development and ongoing cost tracking
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting required. CA/ MBA (Finance) from good business school
  • 12+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting; specially in FP&A and Pricing
  • Experience in cost accounting and capital investments
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Proven superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Solid communication skills with all levels within an organization
  • Expert level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualification:
  • Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
