Qualification: CA/CPA/CMA Mandatory and worked in AU Shifts.

Position objective: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Professional to lead our accounting and compliance team in India. The ideal candidate will be a CA or CPA with minimum 5-8 years of experience in the BPO sector. Australian accounting experience is highly desirable, and mandatory. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to compliance, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Role: The ideal candidate will manage all accounting functions with precision, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective collaboration with the Australian accounts team to support strategic financial initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities: i. Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including processing relevant general ledger entries, maintenance and all associated reconciliations. ii. Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. iii. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting. iv. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections. v. Prepare and Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, in compliance with relevant regulations. vi. Preparation of Federal and State returns for individuals and business entities vii. Preparation of work papers to tie to tax return viii. Preparation of book to tax income reconciliation ix. Preparation of quarterly estimates and extension work papers and payment vouchers x. Tax Preparation + Tax review experience with working knowledge of accounting xi. Lead the implementation of new accounting systems and tools to improve financial reporting accuracy, as and when required. xii. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including SMSF processes is an added advantage, and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns. xiii. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management. xiv. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests. xv. Collaborate with the Australian accounts team to ensure alignment of financial processes and reporting. xvi. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency. xvii. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Job Skills:

• Shifts: AU Shifts : Early Morning Shift till Noon.(4.00 AM - 2.30 PM)

ERPs worked: Xero Mandatory, Quickbooks, Joinn, Sharepoint, Ariba, Other ERPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
