Senior Financial Analyst - ControllershipDescription - -The CASR COE is responsible for leading and delivering the audits for 90 entities around the world . The team is responsible to lead, statutory audit closures with the external audit partners . The role contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas for long term roadmap of the COE. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to peer employees.Responsibilities:

  • Provides the most complex analysis for audit planning , resourcing and delivery for WW statutory audits . Typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
  • Consults with business leaders- incl Market finance leaders , Controllership and tax to guide and influence long- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
  • Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
  • Represents the CASR COE during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
Education and Experience Required:
  • First level university degree with a focus in project management ; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) strongly preferred.
  • Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
  • Work experience with a Big-4 consulting firm preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Superior communication and influencing skills.
  • Superior teamwork skills
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Good project management skills.
