Position Purpose:
To provide experienced advice to superiors on BPA as well as informative and beneficial analysis and decision support to management team. Provide financial and administrative support to company/country organizations, regarding financial planning and Analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support direct manager with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business. Works with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.
• Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and Timeliness of data provided. Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately supervised and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners.
• Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams, and provide beneficial recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement. Support the improvement and streamlining of existing management reporting processes and the definition and implementation of lean processes.
• Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business (FRA, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions) to support on time and accurate information gathering. Supports and improves business case proposals and profitability tracking & the annual budgeting, rolling forecast/The latest outlook and Strategic Planning processes.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to 1/3 Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt, Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
• Additional Specifications

1.Managing Monthly/Quarterly closing and reporting - includes financial summary, Sales report, Monthly Deck preparation.
2.Supporting overall Budget / LF / LO Submission in BPC for country.
3.Keeping track of A&P, Accruals, Tender reporting and other KPI reporting related to country.
4.Preparation of SIT reports for Region Europe countries in scope.
5.Interacting with the partners and market for efficiently running SIT process and improvise it based on requirement.
6.Other ad-hoc support for Country and SiT

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

• Education: CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) with min 3+ years of post-qualified experience in Pharma Industry (Preferred).
• Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.
• Good to have knowledge on Alteryx, Qliksense.
