Senior Financial Analyst - Argus Modeling
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum experience of 2 years is required on Argus Modelling.
- We are currently looking for a financial analyst to join our firm who is skilled in Microsoft Excel and model creation.
- Proficiency in corporate finance and related metrics (NPV, IRR, multiples) is mandatory.
- Should be able to understand the financial concepts driving the Commercial Real Estate investments.
- The candidate must be proficient in Excel and has the capabilities to use SUM, Average, SUMIF, PMI, NPV, IRR, VLOOKUP, RUNDOWN, PV, Index-Match, IF, MIN, MAX, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, and more.
- The candidate is to be able to create models from scratch and improve existing client models.
- Track and analyze all aspects of the US commercial real estate market.
- Responsible for analyzing and creating research reports on the real estate market and regional economy.
- Proactively leverage knowledge from research for products, client projects, and business development efforts.
Sills Required:
- Experience: Minimum 03-05 years of experience in Financial Modelling & Minimum 01 Years in Equity Research / DCF Modelling Skills / Investment Banking - (Must Have)
- Education: Master\'s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics or CFA Level 1/CA. Candidates with Bachelor\'s degree must have 3 years of work experience.
- Knowledge: They require experience managing workload, report productions, and programs. It is also vital that analysts have a good understanding of private equity, investment risk, and real estate investments.
- Research skills: Most real estate analyst jobs involve data collection and analysis; hence, they must possess substantial data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities: They require high-level analytical skills to run financial models.
