\xc2\xb7 Analyzing and reconciling cash/amount received in the Bank Accounts and Lockboxes\xc2\xb7 Analyze and research clients aging history against the over/short payments.\xc2\xb7 Query handling - working on all queries received and keeping a close tab on any pending queries that could be resolved and following up on the rest\xc2\xb7 Contacts Accountants and various teams whenever necessary to determine the proper payment application\xc2\xb7 Research and analyze duplicate and erroneous payments. Work with Bank and Treasury teams to reconcile the errors\xc2\xb7 Archiving, records retention, and audit support\xc2\xb7 Escalate unresolved issues/concerns\xc2\xb7 Assist in training new employees\xc2\xb7 Working on different process-related and ad-hoc reports including but not limited to: Monthly Balance Sheets, Direct Debit processing, AR to GL reconciliations, KPIs, other Quarterly Reports and more\xc2\xb7 Analyzing reports for System Auto Applications to ensure proper applications\xc2\xb7 Analyzing reports for Corporate Business Lines to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of applications\xc2\xb7 Performing quality checks to ensure all other deposits are correctly applied\xc2\xb7 Work with the Controllership team to ensure streamlined protocols are being followed\xc2\xb7 Support cross-functional processes as and when required\xc2\xb7 Keeping all the process-related documents intact on a real-time basis\xc2\xb7 Serve as an expert resource on the data gathered and the data model. Assist in coordinating analysis\xc2\xb7 Support teams efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity\xc2\xb7 Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives\xc2\xb7 Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks\xc2\xb7 Forecast accuracy reporting\xc2\xb7 Any and all other duties and tasks assigned\xc2\xb7 Special projects and other functions as required by manager\xc2\xb7 Assign work, solve workload problems and ensure high productivity levels\xc2\xb7 Assess workloads to determine an equal distribution of the workload and identify when additional or less staff is required\xc2\xb7 Ensure service delivery as agreed norms and SLAs\xc2\xb7 Undertaking month-end closing activities and Reporting\xc2\xb7 Update process documents and capture the exceptions while processing as and when required\xc2\xb7 Provide assistance during internal/ external audits\xc2\xb7 Liaise closely with the Onshore Finance team and other stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Perform root cause analysis to drive process improvements\xc2\xb7 Data Management, Reporting & stakeholder managementLocation:On-site -Gurugram, HRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
