1. Review of Accounting for both service (food & beverages) & manufacturing industry



2. Reconciliation of sales, stocks & ledgers.



3. Team management across various locations and units



4. Strategic financial management- includes budgets, cashflows, MIS reports, value addition to the business, decision making, setting up the protocols and SOPs etc.,



5. Overseeing statutory compliances such as Income tax, GST, Excise (good to have) or any other applicable provisions



6. Proficient in Tally ERP 9 Software.



7. Preparing monthly MIS reports, strategic reports & cost workings



8. Ensure accounting best practices and company policies are maintained.



9. Maintain confidentiality of internal/customer information.



10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



11. Willing to work 6 days per week

Required Attributes:



1. Highly organized, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi-task are essential.



2. Ability to work well under pressure, understand and meet strict deadlines.



3. Ability to act and operate independently with limited direction.



4. Emphasis on MS Excel/Tally ERP 9.



5. Ability to understand business and its strategies, critical & innovative thinking



6. Theoretical/conceptual knowledge of statutory acts & provisions such as income tax, GST, TDS etc.,
