Position: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee all aspects of accounts receivables, accounts payables, and general accounting. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Financial Reporting:

- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare and present financial statements to management and investors.

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

Audit and Compliance:

- Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.

- Handle corporate taxes and compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, PT, EPF, RBI, etc.

Process Enhancement:

- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, and controls.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and board presentations.

MIS and Team Development:

- Generate various Management Information System (MIS) reports for management.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

- Build a high-performing team capable of meeting the company\'s evolving needs.

Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as required or requested.

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- High integrity and a natural inclination to take ownership of tasks.

- Exposure to accounting software such as Xero and Tally is preferred.

- Familiarity with UK accounting and reporting standards is a plus.
