Sr Executive - Training & Quality
- To effectively achieve desired goals of resources planning, upskilling and optimum utilization for the finance team.
- The person will be responsible for evaluating our needs & current practices, creating & delivering a training development plan along with providing support in hiring Finance professionals for the right processes.
- The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator and a devoted educator who is up to date on the latest tools of Finance, proficient with Advance Excel skills.
- Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess.
- Train, develop and guide the team with the objective of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, high functioning team.
- Maintains and enforces a documented system & procedures for internal safeguards.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information.
