Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Finance Executive in Surat. The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial statements, performing financial reporting tasks, and analyzing financial data. They will also be responsible for managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Qualifications Working knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST provisions Job Responsibilities Accounting the procurement bills received from vendor after due checking Accounting for all types of Services bills routed through purchase order Checking and accounting for Domestics purchase freight invoices (inward supply) Preparing and monitoring the invoice pending against goods receipt report Working knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST provisions Assist in cash accounting Ledger Scrutiny of General Ledger accounts Basic Understanding of Trial balance, Profit and loss and balance sheet Assistance in preparation of details for submission in statutory assessment Capability of doing various reconciliation for control ledger with sub ledgers including separate records Any other work assigned by HOD & Superior from time to time. Job Authority Authorized to do GST, TDS filling. Authorized to do all types of Services bills routed through purchase order. Authorized to do all cash accounting activities. Ability to work independently and under pressure Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
