Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Oversee the development and operations of the finance department in the company. \xc2\xb7 Review new financial policies and budgets in the organization. \xc2\xb7 Create and analyse financial monthly/annual reports to the senior managers. \xc2\xb7 Supervise the preparation of the account reconciliation. \xc2\xb7 Assist in forecasting the company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards. \xc2\xb7 Advise the Board of Directors on decisions concerning the organization\xe2\x80\x99s finances. \xc2\xb7 Develop investment strategies to increase the company\xe2\x80\x99s working capital for expansion of the business. \xc2\xb7 Create business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company\xe2\x80\x99s status. \xc2\xb7 Prepare the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial report and monitor accounting records. \xc2\xb7 Support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success. \xc2\xb7 Manage the gamut of Statutory Compliance that includes GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc. \xc2\xb7 Look after payroll management. \xc2\xb7 Onboard new Vendors/Customers.
