Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Finance & Accounts to join a leading organization and take charge of the Finance & Accounts department. This is a key leadership role that offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy and oversee the department's operations.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring efficient department operationsFinalize balance sheets, review journal entries, and manage budgeting & MIS preparationBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior Finance Officers (DGM level)Ensure compliance with accounting controls and best practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with leadership experienceChartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferredStrong expertise in balance sheet finalization, advanced Excel, budgeting, and MIS reportingPreference for candidates from the Marwari community for cultural fit
