Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Factory Manager to lead our chemical manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring we meet our targets for quality, quantity, and on-time delivery, while prioritizing safety and environmental compliance. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to achieve established goals for output, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  • Manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality control program to ensure all products meet or exceed specifications.
  • Prioritize safety in the workplace, enforcing all safety regulations and procedures, and continually improving safety protocols.
  • Manage and maintain all production equipment, minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and prompt repairs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Manage the dispatch of finished products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while minimizing transportation costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers to ensure smooth product movement.
  • Oversee adherence to all environmental regulations and safety standards, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, budget proposals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to improve production processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving production targets for quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant production planning software.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,847.71 - \xe2\x82\xb951,764.28 per month Benefits:
