Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with key international clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any client queries or concerns promptly.
  • Sales Order Management:
  • Prioritize and execute sales orders as per the guidance of the reporting manager.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their orders and coordinate the dispatch of samples as required.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct daily and weekly reviews of actual vs. planned sales and dispatches.
  • Investigate any variances and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels at customer and transporter locations.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment deliveries.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
  • Submit all necessary reports to top management by the designated deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal departments, including production, quality control, and dispatch teams, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support colleagues as needed to achieve team and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 300,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year Benefits:
