The team is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company-s staffing needs. The team collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure a streamlined hiring process to support the company-s growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Their focus is on attracting qualified professionals who align with Tata 1mg-s mission and values. What will you do Execute end-to-end lateral hiring processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Source and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and candidate database. Analyze and manage recruitment data to provide insights for process improvement. Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel to track and present hiring metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. What we are looking for Bachelor-s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. MBA will be a plus. 2-3 years of experience in lateral hiring, preferably in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in data management and analysis, with expertise in Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
