• To perform NOC shift, performing all activities and routines defined for shifts;
• To ensure the achievement of Service Levels Agreed (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for NOC team activities;
• To ensure the Service Desk function, call attendance or other communications with NOC (e-mail, trouble tickets, etc.), requests registration and response. Ensure interface with other teams and Customers Services whenever requested;
• Operate & maintain Voice and Data Core Network and Charging Mechanism for 2G,3G, LTE,5G Technology of Native and VNF/Containerized solutions
• Operate & maintain SMS & DATA technologies including SMSC, Voice mail, SGSN,MME,S/PGW, ePDG, PCRF
