Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a vital role in managing the day-to-day human resources activities of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR processes, from onboarding to exit formalities, and demonstrate proficiency in various HR functions, including offers, appointment letters, appraisals, grievance handling, and payroll management. A high level of proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with the greytHR tool is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver employment offers and appointment letters to selected candidates, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the communication of terms and conditions. Oversee the onboarding process, welcoming new employees, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and expectations. Administer exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, processing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. Manage the performance appraisal process, including assisting managers in setting performance goals, conducting appraisal discussions, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations. Handle employee grievances and disputes, providing counseling and guidance, and taking appropriate measures to address and resolve issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data. Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Generate and analyze HR-related reports using Excel and other tools to provide insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to HR policies and practices as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development, and organizational development activities. Provide assistance and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Utilize the greytHR tool efficiently to manage various HR processes and maintain employee records. Helping the Recruitment team when needed Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus. 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports. Experience with the greytHR tool is a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
