We aim to help boost peoples\xe2\x80\x99 overall quality of life and provide even higher value to our customers.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Advance or complex installation and configuration of DLP Solution.Follow up of service tickets opened on OEM and their closure.Grooming Level 1 Engineers.Fault isolation, case diagnosis and troubleshooting, updating operational knowledge base.Any DLP solution related issue reported from SBG branches/offices should be attended and a suitable solution should be provided and implemented to resolve the issueAll the DLP solution servers are to be kept in up and running condition.Creation/modification/fine tuning/deletion of new customized policies on DLP console.Management & fine tuning of default/inbuilt policies on DLP console.Deployment of DLP policies on the endpoints across Bank.Responsible for 99% latest DLP policy on the endpoints.Overall application availability, health and performance monitoring will be part of the responsibility. Onsite team shall be responsible for application and database administration, daily technical housekeeping activities, patching, update/upgrade,configuration management, monitoring, integration, fine tuning.Qualification: B.E/ BTech, Computer Science graduate only
