We are seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented Senior Executive - Technical Support resource to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationship with customers by resolving their queries related to product/application.Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions.
  • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering, and researching information, assembling, and forwarding information, verifying customers understanding of information and answer.
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers accounts.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools, such as Zendesk, JIRA, or Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes, identifying new product and service applications.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • This role is based at our Noida office.
Big Plus
  • Experience in CRM.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork skill with a problem-solving attitude.
  • This is a work from office role (Mon-Fri) based at our corporate head office in Noida.
