Jobs and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Key contributor for Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Current State process & System understanding. \xe2\x80\xa2 First point of Contact for Customer and operation Responsible for Day to day KPI tracking and escalate major issues to Customer / Operations with action plan to correct same \xe2\x80\xa2 To support Program/Contract Manager to provide correct and quick information needed for key decision making related to operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Training material & plan for Operations and Quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Key member for Project deployment as per Roadmap \xe2\x80\xa2 Single point contact for audits and follow-up for External Ensure smooth operation to meet all agreed process with clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous improvements ( WH infrastructure and Process etc ) \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a tracking mechanism for measuring periodical performances of overall operations and services which can be effectively used to identify & rectify gaps within the process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop initiatives that will ensure value addition in terms of process, productivity in a cost effective manner.Function Goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Successful implementation of new projects with budget cost. \xe2\x80\xa2 100% Timely & Accurate information flow to internal & external customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily/Weekly/ Monthly reviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalation Management.Measurement Means \xe2\x80\xa2 Successfully Project Implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimal Cost Impact during project implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 KPI \xe2\x80\x93 Analyze, Publish, Root cause analysis on failures \xe2\x80\xa2 VAS \xe2\x80\x93 As per internal & external customer requirements.
