Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - Security and Surveillance to join our manufacturing operations at Vasai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will lead and supervise our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision:
• Lead and supervise the security team, assigning duties, and conducting regular training to maintain a high level of security awareness.
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.

• Security Protocols and Procedures:
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to potential threats, such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to security.

• Security Assessments and Risk Analysis:
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management, maintaining comprehensive records.

• Surveillance and Monitoring:
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems to promptly respond to any security breaches or incidents.
• Regularly visit all Vasai factories for routine check-ups, security attendance, and address any shortages

• Liaison and Collaboration:
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and promote a safe working environment.

• Daily Operations and Compliance:
• Conduct daily check-ups for the grooming of security guards, escalating non-uniform guards' lists to the agency with penalty details.
• Monitor visitor records on a daily basis and prepare monthly security attendance sheets in the desired format for vendor billing. Verify invoices and submit to accounts for payment processing.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain documents related to compliance and other safety measures to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in security and surveillance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using surveillance and alarm systems.
• Familiarity with legal requirements and regulations related to security and safety.
