As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team at the LULU MALL Lucknow - Store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Management
• Target Achievement : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HCI Massage Chairs in the Lucknow region.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement local sales strategies, focusing on B2C and B2B channels.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Market Penetration : Identify and tap into new market segments in Lucknow, ensuring widespread product reach and visibility.
• Lead Generation & Conversion : Oversee the generation of sales leads through various channels and convert them into customers through effective communication and negotiation.
• Promotions & Campaigns : Design and execute promotional activities to boost brand awareness and product sales.
2. Operations & Supply Chain Management
• Inventory Management : Ensure optimal inventory levels of HCI Massage Chairs and related accessories in alignment with sales forecasts.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment : Oversee the timely processing of orders and ensure smooth delivery and installation processes for customers.
• Vendor & Supplier Management : Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a seamless supply chain and timely delivery of products.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor product quality and ensure that all massage chairs meet company and customer expectations before delivery.
• Warehouse Management : Supervise warehousing functions, ensuring products are stored properly and easily accessible.
• Returns & Repairs : Manage the process for returns, repairs, or replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal operational disruptions.
3. Team Leadership & Development
• Team Coordination : Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, technicians, and other staff, ensuring proper coordination between sales and operations.
• Training & Development : Provide regular training to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes to enhance performance.
• Performance Evaluation : Set performance benchmarks for team members, monitor their performance, and conduct regular evaluations to improve efficiency.
4. Customer Service & Support
• Pre-sales & Post-sales Support : Ensure customers receive comprehensive support before and after the purchase, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries.
• Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback and work on necessary improvements, addressing complaints or concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Marketing & Brand Development
• Market Research : Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in Lucknow.
• Brand Awareness : Promote the HCI Massage Chair brand through local advertising, events, digital marketing, and collaborations with influencers.
• Local Partnerships : Develop partnerships with fitness centers, spas, wellness centers, and retail stores for joint promotions or retailing of the product.
6. Budget & Financial Management
• Sales Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and business objectives.
• Cost Control : Monitor operational costs and ensure efficiency in the sales and operations process to maximize profit margins.
• Reporting & Analysis : Provide detailed reports to upper management on sales performance, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
7. Compliance & Documentation
• Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies, including product certifications and sales transactions.
• Record Keeping : Maintain proper documentation of sales, inventory, and customer interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales management, with a focus on team leadership and store operations.
• Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
• Experience in high-traffic environments, is preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle employee disputes.
• Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work in an airport environment, including weekends and holidays
