Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Luxury Villa & Apartment Sales Specialist to join our real estate team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, with a proven track record in nurturing leads, crafting compelling sales pitches, and effectively engaging with potential buyers. This role requires a strong grasp of Goa's building bylaws and an ability to articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our villa and apartment projects while providing exceptional service to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Nurturing a. Develop a strong understanding of Una's luxury villa and apartment projects. Nurture leads through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

b. Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (at the project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects.
c. In collaboration with the team, meet with prospects, organise and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from prospects to closure
d. Create tailored sales pitches and presentations for each luxury villa and apartment project, highlighting unique features, value propositions, and investment potential

e. Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.

f. Possess a fundamental knowledge of building bylaws and regulations in Goa, providing guidance to potential buyers when necessary

2. Deal Negotiation:
a. In collaboration with the Legal team, aid in the negotiations with clients to finalise terms, pricing, and agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.

3. Sales performance:
Exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue growth by consistently closing high-value deals
4. Industry Awareness a. Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends, and market dynamics.
b. Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
5. Inter-departmental Collaboration

a. Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
b. Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and share on-ground insights for improved marketing strategies
c. Collaborate with the business development team to gather and analyze consumer feedback related to Una's products. Use this feedback to improve our offerings and sales strategies
6. Systems and Process Compliance
a. Manage and Update CRM in a timely manner
b. Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Management team
c. Maintain thorough adherence to lead tracking mechanisms as required.
d. Ensure the highest standards of compliance to Una's policies and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per year
