As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting client visits (i.e. Developers, Architects, Structural consultants, Contractors etc.) to understand their requirements.

2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

3. Handling outstation visits to expand the client base.

4. Managing social media accounts for effective business development.

5. Drafting and presenting quotations to clients, managing billing and delivery, and maintaining regular communication for follow-up.

6. Expertise in deal closure and negotiation.

7. Collaborating with the marketing team for promotional activities.

8. Maintaining MIS for all sales-related activities.

Qualifications:

1. Should have 4-8 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction products/building materials.

2. Diploma/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering will be preferred.

3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Candidates with knowledge in aluminium formwork system will be preferred.
