KEY DELIVERABLES: Business Development \xc2\xb7 Responsible for client acquisition and business development through direct/indirect sales. \xc2\xb7 Work on leads generated by CRM team, digital marketing, referrals, channel patners or any other source. \xc2\xb7 Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile. \xc2\xb7 Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by understanding the client requirements and mould the pitch as per the need. \xc2\xb7 Be the first point for handling all client objections and negotiations. \xc2\xb7 Work with marketing team in executing various promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as per territory and project requirement. Plan and send Whatsapp campaigns for promotions. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong funnel by taking initiative and exploring different lead generation techniques. Customer Delight \xc2\xb7 Help client in completing documentation and filling up of Booking forms, Agreements etc. \xc2\xb7 Rapport building with Banks for facilitation of loans as required by the customers. Work with Banking representative at the site for query handling of customers. MIS & Reporting \xc2\xb7 Maintain records of all calls made, customers attended, and visits done with the client. \xc2\xb7 Prepare weekly and monthly sales data and strive to improve conversion ratios. Take corrective actions towards achievement of targets. Commitment to Learning \xc2\xb7 Participates in formal and informal learning activities for personal and professional development. \xc2\xb7 Learns and applies new methods and tools that facilitate work and bring in more efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Attend trainings and learn techniques on selling, client objection handling etc. CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET: \xc2\xb7 Graduate/Postgraduate with proven work experience in Real Estate Sales. \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and passion for sales. \xc2\xb7 A positive, confident and determined approach. \xc2\xb7 Good Communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Well versed with MS office applications Job Type: Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 per year Schedule:
