• Responsible for Real Good Chicken production.
• Production planning and execution based on weekly forecast.
• Compliance to OTIF targets
• Focus on improving productivity, quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
• Working closely with CFTs to achieve productivity and on-time delivery.
• Process monitoring and control of water usage.
• Coordinating with maintenance team for implement activities in the plant to reduce downtime and increase productivity.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM is preferred.

Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in sales (preferably FMCG /Frozen) with at least 2 years of team leading experience.
