Duties and responsibilities

• Ariba Experience is mandatory
• Handling procurement activities end to end on Pan India basis for Non Manufacturing Indirect Spend consisting expenses in Categories of HR/Marketing Sales /Facilities Management etc
• To achieve minimum 3 cost reduction and cost avoidance in categories of in scope year on year
• Improvement of P 2 P (Procure to Pay) process including ARIBA E buy catalogue buying and implementation of this across various locations
• To manage overall spend of Marketing and HR services Facilities buy of over 250 Mio INR across 4 locations
• To Negotiate for IT Procurement, HR Admin, Promotional Items, Administrative and Capital Products, project purchase etc
• To manage travel category, spend of 350 Mio INR per annum with putting in place right SLA with selected suppliers and reduction of overall cost
• Render help to HOD in collection and compilation data and preparation of presentations
• Fulfill all other buying compliance within organization with timely reconciliation with Finance for vendor payment etc
• To put in place the vendor performance system for the evaluation of services delivered and ongoing vendor management
• Providing business with innovative solutions in assigned categories to keep the overall cost in control and also improving quality of services and goods

Professional competencies

• Bachelors
• degree in any field Preferred Post gradation in Material Management
• Experience
• 8 10 years of total experience (Health care and Pharmacy/medical industry desirable)

Personal competencies

• Basic knowledge of Purchasing Procurement Deep
• category knowledge and Good communication inter personal skills to interact with various functions in order to co ordinate the activities
• Skills on learning applying, customer orientation
• Proficient skills using the Microsoft Office presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Aggressive and good team player with working in teams and take responsibility in outside defined area of work
• Working Knowledge of SAP mandatory
