Job Title: Senior Executive-Process Engineering

Job Location: Mumbai, Ambarnath

Role Description



• New Product/Process development for in house manufactured product
• Should have good Knowledge of Chemistry and capable to scale up the products.
• Should have good knowledge in plant distillation, batch/unit operations.
• Must have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & Characterization of new molecules/API's.
• Must have knowledge of purification of Solvent and different purification techniques
• Setting up laboratory equipment and conducting tests and experiments
• Work as team in Laboratory
• Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments records
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean and Six Sigma is a plus
• Experience in handling pilot scale batches
• Knowledge of conducting process validation, Sop preparation and audit documents
• Development of new product and scale up of products manufactured in another site.
• Must have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & Characterization of new molecules/API's



Job Requirements



• 2-5 years of experience; B.E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• M.Sc,/ Ph.D Inorganic chemistry
