Role Purpose:We are seeking a qualified Senior Executive with expertise in precast site installation for residential and high-rise residential projects. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient installation of precast elements, project management, and resource optimization.Key Responsibilities:1. Precast Installation:- Supervise and manage the installation of precast elements on residential and high-rise towers.- Ensure quality standards are met during precast installation.- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless execution of precast structures.2. Project Management:- Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.- Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency.- Utilize project management tools to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.3. Resource Management:- Optimize manpower and material resources for efficient site operations.- Ensure proper utilization of equipment and maintain safety standards.4. Technical Oversight:- Interpret and review construction drawings to guide installation processes.- Use AutoCAD and MS Projects for planning and tracking.5. Documentation & Reporting:- Prepare and maintain site progress reports, resource logs, and other required documentation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve challenges.- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Projects.- Other Skills: Strong fundamentals in project management and resource management.Desired Competencies:- Proven track record in executing precast projects.- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- High level of organizational and time-management skills.
