Your Responsibilities will include :

• Performs minor and major repair of all Printing & Finishing Machineries and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.) -Major Machines : RFID, Thermal machines.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on machines, equipment on a scheduled basis; replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts.
• Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems.
• Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
• Repairs electrical equipment & control circuits repair faulty electrical switches or refrigeration equipment.
• Vendor followup for the plant maintenance related needs.
• Localization of spares, vendor identification and development in line of supply chain team engagement
• Take care of the factory set up incl. Generators and support in change overs from Service line to DG, etc.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintains checklists and records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Support the Plant Manager on All the Admin/Site Management
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time

Qualifications

What will be looking for in you :



Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of ductable and split AC's
• Should hold Wireman license / Supervisor license from the authorized board
• Should have knowledge on Utility maintenance like Air compressors, transformers, DB's, panel boards etc
• Knowledge of TPM,5S,Monthly Maintenance Schedule
• Label Printing machine knowledge - RFID, Thermal, Fabric etc.,



Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in EEE or ECE is preferred or equivalent
• Experience in handling maintenance of RFID / Label Printing / Fabric label printing is an advantage
• Minimum 5-7 years of plant maintenance experience
• Must have proven success in the area of process engineering and continuous improvement projects.

• Service (Flexibility, Reliability, OTAT, RTST)
• Quality (CCR/1000, COPQ)
• Productivity (UEE, SCRAP, UPLH)
• Other Site specific Project management and execution
