Job Description

:Be responsible for day-to-day ad operations on Marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty and Fashion towards driving revenue goals through performance marketing campaigns for client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goalsProvide strategic insights on the campaign performance for your set of clientsBe responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further marketplace campaign opportunities, and effectively communicating this to the clientBuild, watch and maintain the budget and track success metricsUnderstand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape as relevant to assigned clientsBe responsible for preparing Business Review decks to showcase business growthBe responsible for Quality and timely deliverables for clients requestsGuide and train juniors including fresh interns on ways of working in marketplacesYou\'d fit right in if you: -Are any Graduate with 2+ years of relevant work experience in managing and running Amazon Ads through self-serve platformsAdditionally have experience of running self-serve campaigns and / or display campaigns on other marketplace platformsHave experience in managing the advertising spends for multiple client accounts at the same timeHave strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, and manage long-term projectsHave excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistentAnd if youre excited about:Being a part of a company doing something amazing & redefining stuffMaking a splash in a multi-billion-dollar Digital Advertising industryLearning & growing far beyond your current horizonCompetitive Compensation with the usual benefitsA place full of like-minded & ridiculously smart folksA start-up culture that youd cherish forever in your work lifeLocation: 2nd floor, Survey No. 35, Deep Complex,
