Knowledge of SQL and database handling required
Working experience in Credit card/Debit Card related Orgainizations preferred.
Good communication skills.

Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative in problem solving.
1) Working in all shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night and General) as per the roster and work on activities such as transaction processing, file upload, MIS preparation etc.
2) Adhoc report generation.
3) Handle queries from internal & external stake-holders.
5) Should takes ownership of problem resolution.
6) Keen to learn business processes and operational impact.
7) Good query handling and customer support capability.
