Job Description

1. Operational Excellence i. Formulating and maintaining SOPs: Updates, training, execution, and monitoring for online and centre based operations. ii. Daily Operations and Sales: Ensure smooth delivery of daily operations and steady progress towards established goals iii. Monitoring and analyzing the patient data being prepared by the admin team. iv. Parent grievance redressal for online and offline services. v. Ensuring Patient Satisfaction vi. Manpower Planning vii. Establish adequate admin staff to ensure timely patient visits, patient enrollments and to address parent queries viii. Interviewing, hiring and staff training ix. Participating in HR planning for hiring employee engagement, compliances, and monitoring HR data. x. Monitoring of Facility department checklists and developing the required checklists xi. Content development for parent & Doctor communication 2. Business Development i. Maintaining Manuals and SOPs ii. Patient Satisfaction measures iii. Ensure Patient Inflow (positive trend to meet growth targets as per AOP) iv. Participation in Annual Business Planning & Execution v. Cost Effectiveness (Relative Cost v/s Outcome) vi. Business Promotions Strategy vii. Doctor visits for referrals and networking Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400063, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
