Monitoring and analyzing the patient data being prepared by the admin team. iv. Parent grievance redressal for online and offline services. v. Ensuring Patient Satisfaction vi. Manpower Planning vii. Establish adequate admin staff to ensure timely patient visits, patient enrollments and to address parent queries viii. Interviewing, hiring and staff training ix. Participating in HR planning for hiring employee engagement, compliances, and monitoring HR data. x. Monitoring of Facility department checklists and developing the required checklists xi. Content development for parent & Doctor communication 2. Business Development i. Maintaining Manuals and SOPs ii. Patient Satisfaction measures iii.
