Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions.Job description:1) Managing Operational procurement team2) Organzing materials for both Unit-1 and Unit-II factories3) Monitoring of placing purchase orders with vendors as per lead time4) Monitoring web cycles and digitally signed invoices from domestic vendors5) Getting PESO approvals for GBFSS business6) Reviewing OA from vendors7) Monitoring advance payment to vendors and accounting8) Monitoring UL invoice accouting9) Monitoring critical parts & Missing parts and ensure that all materials available for production on time10) Monitoring MRP & PR status and PO creations11) Monitoring Sea mode consignments12) Monitoring open order reconcilliation13) Providing PDCA's14) Maintaining ISO related documents15) Monitoring SETU tool usage for GRNQualification : BE or diploma in Electronics and communication or Electronics and Electrical Engg is preferredExperience : 7 to 8 years in electronic parts purchase in reputed companySalary : 9 to 10 LakhsKnowledge requirement : a) SAP knowledge is mandatoryb) Good knowledge in Englishc) Good knowledge in ExcelAbout UsWexe2x80x99re Siemens.
